The Application’s logo is a protected trademark. The name “Geny” is used as a trade name and the name of the Application, over which SIMPLY STIPID SOFTWARE claims copyright and rights based on its use in commerce. All of these elements, as well as the content present in the Application (with the exception of user-generated content under the conditions provided for in the Terms of Use), are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

The use of the Geny application implies the acceptance of our Terms of Use (CGU).

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
